PTB Big News Jalandhar : Sukhchain Singh Rahi owner of RS Global Jalandhar, a renowned immigration company, received a major relief today, Saturday, when the court acquitted him of false allegations of sexual assault leveled against him by a victim.
According to sources, a few months ago, a victim had leveled serious allegations of sexual assault against Sukhchain Singh Rahi. Following this, the Jalandhar Commissionerate Police filed an FIR against him and arrested him. However, due to the suspicious of the case, the court granted him bail within a few days.
The same thing happened today. After hearing the entire incident and the arguments of the lawyers, the court found the arguments of Senior Advocate Mandeep Singh Sachdev to be true and acquitted Sukhchain Singh Rahi in the entire case.
Meanwhile, Mandeep Singh Sachdev once again created a new history of victory by proving the woman who had falsely implicated him in the false physical exploitation i.e. HONEY TRAP to be a liar and Sukhchain Singh Rahi to be truthful. The honourable court declared Sukhchain Singh Rahi innocent on the arguments of renowned lawyer Mandeep Singh Sachdeva.
According to information received from sources, the extension order is yet to come from the honourable court, but the news of Sukhchain Singh Rahi getting a big relief during the hearing held today i.e. Saturday has brought joy to his family and loved ones.
