GNA University Signs MoUwith World Chef Choice Federation Phagwara Punjab

PTB News Education Jalandhar : The Faculty of Hospitality of GNA University rendered another laurel by grabbing a lifetime membership of World Chefs Choice Federation (WCCF) and a lifetime subscription to the Chefs Choice magazine. WCCF awarded this certificate to GNA University and made them the proud recipients of it.
The lifetime corporate membership certificate was presented by Chef Jatinder Dhir – Acting President of WCCF India and Chef Subhadip Mazumdar – Sr. Vice President of WCCF India to Mr. Gurdeep Singh Sihra – President & Pro – Chancellor, GNA University. Dr. V. K. Rattan – Vice Chancellor GNA University, Dr. R. K. Mahajan – Registrar GNA University, Dr. Monika Hanspal – Dean Academics GNA University and Deans and Heads of GNA University along with the team members of Faculty of Hospitality, to grace the event.

World Chef Choice Federation is an association of new era which enables connectivity between Professional chefs, Academicians, bloggers, students and home chefs. WCCF believes in growing the chefs’ community by providing a platform where they can express their culinary thoughts.
WCCF is the only Chefs Association whobelieves in growth of individual chefs by involving them in every event. WCCF believes in promoting regional cuisine as well as international cuisine at world level. In recent times, we have created a reputation among all hoteliers by proving our self by working genuinely with the support of our precious members.
This Association of GNA University and WCCF/Chefs Choice Magazine is a step that will pave the way for numerous events and activities involving the hospitality industry and academicians not only of GNA University but from across the globe. The students of GNA University will have the opportunity to publish their articles and recipes as well as share ideas with the world through the e-newspaper and magazine. They will also benefit by gaining access to various national and international events held under the WCCF banner as well as exposure to leading culinary practitioners from across the country and globe.
After the award ceremony, other dignitaries from WCCF and Faculty members of Hospitality, GNA University met for a discussion on various proposed events and activities. The event was followed by honouring of all WCCF members with mementos and formal induction of Faculty of Hospitality team members into WCCF.
