PTB Education News : Pyramid College celebrated Diwali- the festival of lights with great enthusiasm and devotion at the college premises. College campus decoration with lights and flowers added charm and religious fervour to the atmosphere. All the students took initiative to decorate their classes in the most beautiful manner.
To mark Diwali celebrations, the students from all the departments organised various activities. Students of management department put up various stalls like Ring game stall, water ball stall, Tambola and other fun activities. Hotel Management students organised stall “Vaikunth Dham”, which was further segregated into “Amrit mahal”, “Naivedyam” and “khel Khiladi”.
.Besides this eatable stall included corn sandwiches and mocktails like: Twisted jhol, Chatka marry etc. Animation department students presented the stall of decorated pots, diyas, lanterns and other handcraft materials. campus was luminated through the creation of dazzling rangolis, along with various fun games and food stalls which indulged students in the true festive atmosphere.

Prof Jatinder singh bedi, Chairman PCBT wished everyone happy and safe Diwali. He also encouraged the students and staff members to celebrate a green Diwali. Ms. Sachleen Bedi, Vice-president PCBT expressed their views on pollution free Diwali and briefed on ill-effects of burning crackers.
Dr. Sanjay Bahl, Director PCBT appreciated the students and faculty members for planning the Diwali celebration in college. He wished everyone prosperous Diwali and said this is a great way to spread awareness about safe and cracker less Diwali.
